Best country to play poker in South East Asia?

Hi guys,

Which on is the best place to live cheaply and play live poker in southeast Asia now?

Vietnam, cambodia, or philippines? I'm looking for place with cheap buy-in poker tournament with good value of prizes. I'm not a fan of cash game but may occasionally play 1/2 NHL if available. I'm working online so I can go anywhere.
