PLO-8… Don’t I have the Low & should get Paid?

Playing PLO-8 … I thought I’d get paid on the Low., because opponent doesn’t even have a Low, but got nothing.

BOARD: 7d, 3s, Ad, 7s, Js
ME: 8c, 8d, 2c, 10h
OPPONENT: Qs,9s, As, 5s

need to see the screenshot because your right, you should have with A2378 and your opponent doesn't have a low,what room did this take place,really like to see the hand and room

that is one very blurry profile pic. even more blurry when I try to enlarge it.

I have yet to see a hand called wrong in an online game. I have encountered 5 twos in a game I attended in person.

you may have mistaken a 2 for a 3---that's what I do sometimes with my bad eyes
