Agreed. I adjust my range even on a whim based on factors like table dynamics, effective stacks and table image. Unless a beginner to poker with a simplified strategy, I wouldn't advise keeping one chosen range for all positions at the table based on hand strength.
Furthermore, I believe some balancing (like a 4-bet bluff) should usually be put into these ranges against good players. Against the more straight-forward players, we can get away with never bluffing in those spots if they are likely to pay us off; strong players require a bit more creativity though
