I would play the stud variants if there weren't money involved. I could play those all day because I enjoy those games.

You can try to do something and have money as a motivator but I find that many stop when they face adversity/hard times.

I think a lot of people play with the hope that one major tournament will change their lives!

Poker is like an investment for me, if I didn't have money, I would sometimes play, although I don't play very often now, but poker without money wouldn't exist at all.

The stud variants sometimes appear in the CC Special Events. Also in play money tourneys. Variants are always refreshing.

Hello
I would also play like you play other games without profit. The victory is also a gain :) it is also well suited for training and as long as it is fun why not.

Of course, we would all play poker before and without money, but now is the time when all poker players only play for money. My opinion but maybe there are 10% who play for fun

I would play, but I wouldn't spend so much time anymore. I really like this mountain, the game is multifaceted.

Poker is a pointless game if it's not being played for money.

I think that most of the player pool wouldn’t play a lot of the excitement would be gone but poker would still have millions of people that would love it even people at home having a poker night it doesn’t have to include gambling

Most sites offer a play money option so yes people will play for no financial gain or loss just bragging rights.

Isn't that the platform of Replay Poker?
In a league team real life and when we get to the end of the season, the points are usually more important than the cash. The tournament progresses from there to regionals and potentially finals.
A lot more to play for...

Of course I will. It's interesting. And without winning money. Of course maybe less people will play. But I talk about myself. I will

I don't think I would play poker if it didn't have stakes.
Maybe with my friends who I know are taken seriously even without money.

I definitely would. I think it's a shame that unlike other games poker is only played seriously for money. I just got into poker and I'm trying to learn to play GTO poker, but with play chips people do the craziest things. I'm trying to think in ranges, but often it's any two cards for my opponents.

I played poker for about 10 years, not worth anything, just for fun, not long ago I started playing for money

Wirking money is already extremely messy, have you ever wondered what it would be like if you didn't value it? I understand that poker is in itself, a betting game, a game of extracting value with your hands, the intention is to collect as much as possible, and as I said at the beginning, it is very crazy happening even when paid, isn't it? So I can't imagine working without worth awards, I will end the incentive.

I played with play money before but lost interest after awhile until there were freerolls that incentivized real money rewards.

So you asked "Would you play poker if you couldn't win money in it?" Answer is "Hell no!"

Probably would play for entertainment. But in that case the quality of my game without prize pool would like to become better.

Of course I would, it's not necessary to play for money, you can also play for conditional chips. You can still have a good time, and playing on conditional bad beat chips is not so annoying.

I might still play as a mental exercise. It's an interesting and mind boggling strategy game.

Hello
I believe that no-prize poker becomes less exciting.
The money factor changes a lot in the game.
Without the money maybe we wouldn't be studying math the psychological the patterns and everything else, so we wouldn't have advanced so far and it would only be one lucky game.
Even though I love the game I wouldn't play it if there wasn't a prize.
