Good question. I play for fun / enjoyment. But I always play money (£5 - £10) torunaments, becuase it's a far better game when there's money on the line.
I would say it’s a combination of the two as I find playing poker very fun and I think if you were playing for no cash prize it would take the fun out of the game for me as I don’t feel like you would get the same adrenaline rush as you do when playing for money, for me the higher the stakes the more intense the game becomes so this causes adrenaline for me in certain hands
I play for fun. It's good hobby better than partying. Much healthier😂. But never know when thing go serious. Gambler life vs 9-5 hard to tell both are acceptable.
Humans are very competitive, so it is natural you like to win and hate to lose.
Now in poker, winning can be even if i finish In the money and have a good time.
