I am always rooting for Ivey to win , simply because he is such a professional. You never hear a bad word said about him, and when you are that young, with that much fame and fortune, it must be hard to kep a level head, so i respect him for that. No doubt he is arguably the best poker player around at the moment.
On the flip side, you have Phil Hellmuth, who we all know is a freak at a NL tourny table, and is a threat to win every Hold Em tourny he enters. He comes across as arrogant and annoying at times, however this may be the way the media wishes to portray him. I had reserved my judgement until the WSOP final table live audio broadcast on card player. It was here where the real Phil came out.
He stayed online for 14 hours, on his birthday, to give us all commentary on the event. Many pro's participated, but this guy hung around from start to finish. It was here where i realised this guy just loves poker. He lives and breathes poker. His passion for the game, i think shone through during this broadcast, and it is because of this that he has become one of my favourtie players.
