My favourite player is D. Negreanu. I think he is the best poker player in the world. He always find a way to win. He almost never falls in the first stage of a tournament and mostly win some big pot. Negreanu is the best, in my opinion.

My favorite players are Sammy Farha and Scotty Nyugen. I enjoy Helmuth's antics as well. A post says Scott Fischman never places on Pokerstars, but I think the live game is vastly different and he apparently is more than lucky to have won 2 wsop tourneys back to back! He gets on my nerves, too, but I'm watching HIM on TV, so I can't hate!

I also like Marcel's play. He once said that he likes to talk and sing at the table alot because anything he gets from doing that is feedback, and he takes info from the feedback to get reads on people. He's good at getting in player's heads. He da man.

The former because of his wacky, yet strong play. He likes to have fun at the table, but makes sure that it doesn't impede his play. I love that.
The latter because he plays nearly every hand, and does it well. He calls nearly every BB and even small raises with anything, but he knows what to do from there. For him, the hand starts on the flop, and he is able to play that perfectly. Very talented.

I suppose it all depends on which style of play you like better. The cool,calm and collected attitude of say Hoyt Corkins or Howard Lederer or the talk it up attitude of say a Scotty Nygen. I like Phil Ivey though his eyes freak me out.

Howard Lederer, The Professor. Far and away my favorite and the one professional i try to pattern myself after. The guy is pure class. Whether he wins or loses he takes it graciously and shows top sportsmanship....................unlike a few others that could be named.

Favorite player or me would be the professor howard and his sister annie Duke, The most exciting loose player for me would be Hansen. I have never seen a guy get so many cards starting with nothing....lol ..... Thinking he is somewhat psyhic....lol
