For me it is Daniel Negreanu.
My reasoning is simple really. Even when he loses he knows the odds. He can predict what others have almost like clockwork. No other poker player that I have ever seen calls out their odds before the opponent lays their cards down.
He may not win the most, but I do feel he could cash in just about anything he plays. That is because he almost always knows what you're holding, and has been caught on live TV doing just that more times than I can count.
I know others probably can do it too, I just think he have proven it more than others time and time again. The only other person I can think of that can fool him is Tom Dwan, because he plays 2 7 off like A's from time to time.
