Recap and reflect.

I always manage bankroll to never defeat but after losing some game by most unbelievable ways - likely you can lose and then.....
Whenever this happens i just lose control then using bankroll madly with bigger buy in and allin, more aggressive, bluffing.. sometimes back to zero

What you do for this situation?

I have been there and i tell you if your playing solid then maybe shift your attention to the players. Learn how judge a Players worth at the table. When you fold dont ignore the game. Stay focus yyou learn a great deal from watching how the other players act. Watch to folds to flops and turns more often and bluff them more. Be wary of the Tight passive and tight aggressive. Try not to play pre all ins to often and practice post flop play. Study Push shove charts and make sure your always getting the right price for your Card odds. Dont let on Bad beat ruin your game and never just fustration shove. Control your tilt and youll Notice you didnt have bad luck just tilt got the best of you or sometimes unlucky.

I think you, like any other player, shouldn't play high bains. You can set limits on the entrance to the tournament in the poker client. If I feel tilt, I just close the client.:)

When I lose poker a lot, I take a break for 2 weeks, these 2 weeks I play other games, sports betting and casino roulette.

I turn off the device and think because I can't always win alone, and I go for a walk in nature, returning with a positive tone and of course concentrated for other victories.

It all depends on whether I get excited or not. If I'm upset, I stop playing for the day and start again the next day. Otherwise I take a deep breath and start again ;)

In my opinion, we should stop immediately for a while.
Not that I can always stop, but I already realized that this is the best way out.
It is not even the question of wanting to put it in our head that we are going to study again for another 10 hours, 20 hours, etc.
If we keep thinking that way, our subconscious will always want to find a way out and making an excuse that we lost due to bad luck.
We must look more for physical and mental fatigue than what influences these hours the most.
I stop for several hours, get distracted by a movie, take my walks listening to music, enjoy nature and when I start again I feel much more with positive and motivated energy.

I think the best thing to do is take a break
Look back through some of the hands you’ve played and see how you may have played differently, we are always learning so as long as you take notice and learn not to keep making the same mistakes then you’ll be fine

In such situations, I stop playing poker altogether, as it is very important to be able to control your emotions, if you do not learn this, it will lead to big losses. And fortunately, I can perfectly control myself in such moments, which gives me the opportunity to increase my bankroll.

Bad streak

When I am losing real bad everyday I start to drink heavy and do not stop for weeks. Then things turn around and I start to win again when I can see again and I am not blind drunk.

Unfortunately we are on the same shoes on this one. I simply didn't deposit in the past months (just playing freerolls) - to rate more the money I have in pokersites. I think this pause will give me back the power of seeing bankroll more clearer and not ruin it because I'm too greedy.

Or maybe prepare for yourself some schedule. That will definitely work.

i think the worst decision is to try to recover what was lost immediately.
99% of the time it doesn't work and the situation only worse.
getting out of the game a bit and taking care of other things in my opinion is the best attitude.
