For example, I lose my entire bankroll. Or finished playing and go to rest to calm down. I can watch a movie, read a book or listen to music. It really helps to relax

Normally I take my dog outside and play with him for a while, nothing soothes my mood more than playing with my little puggy
I think in time you’ll be a little better at bankroll management it really does come in time, 🙂 it’s easy to go on tilt and throw it all away but before you do it next time just think to yourself how long it has taken you to make that money and what it could be better spent on…. Also think about how gutted you will feel when you have nothing, if you can reflect before your actions you’ll be a lot better off… 😉

I hope this helps in some way my friend
Much love

Hi.
I have my own bankroll management system, thanks to which I always easily control my emotions and completely calmly accept temporary failures. In my opinion, bankroll management is the best tool against tilt.
Good luck.

I leave the tables as fast as I can, because tilt only will make you lose more money in the end. When I started to play poker years ago, tilt was one of my biggest problems. But now I learned to accept my losses, so, tilt is a rare thing for me now.

Take a break till I calm down. Otherwise it's as good as setting money on fire.

Take a break, this should be done before burning your bankroll. Stop and analyze your play/hands. I’ve said this before, playing to recover your losses is no way to play.

Thanks, I'll try to stop right away. And I will learn to manage my bankroll so as not to lose all my money.

Right! In general, i play SnGs HU and i noticed that if after a loss to wait a few minutes with a new registration, and not register right away, it helps a lot not to tilt!

To get distracted, you can read a forum or some article for these few minutes. Or you can watch a short video.

Really. Having fun with pets is also very calming for me. Only I don't have a small dog, but a big cat😊

Or you can just stay in the zone so next time you don't need to relax at all.

Hello,
When on tilt do the following:
Breathe.
Make sure you made the right decision, otherwise try and improve on that point.
Understant that what happened, happend because it may happen and you can do nothing to prevent it.
And if you can't cool off, get away of the tables.

Gl at the tables

First you need to know why you are in this situation.

Once this is done, correct the situation and then act on the cause.

i either take a break (which is the right thing to do) and try to lift up my mood by doing some joyful stuff and wait until i am rested again

or i continue playing and most of the time it gets worse and i lose

in my experience the only thing that you can and should do when on tilt is to take a break and do some joyful stuff or sleep or whatever until you are clear in the head again . nothing else helps imo

You can't always prevent getting stacked. Stop playing and get up from the table if this makes you feel anything. Spend the next thirty minutes relaxing and doing something else. After that, return and review the hand. Review the action and look for any errors. If you did, be aware of that and change your strategy. By taking the aforementioned actions, you'll be more aware that this is a long-term game rather than one for daily minor victories. Work with a sufficient bankroll that can support the game's stake. You should pay close attention to your losses and have a solid understanding of the circumstances in which we can assign a loss to variance.

Thank you, I will analyze my game and individual handouts more often so that I don't get into bad situations.

I also stopped playing poker for a week or even a month. And when I fully recover my mental health, then I start playing and winning again. Playing poker after a long break is a great feeling.

And after burning all the bankroll how to solve it?

Come back at some point but after you’ve studied, especially in regards to what went wrong. If the mistakes aren’t addressed and you’re in the mind set you need to just make the money back, you’re not ready. Essentially you need to come back fresh, kind of like starting over, what’s gone is gone and should not be a focal point.
