For me, poker is a kind of rest, so motivation is always present. But there is another problem: sometimes I play very late, and during the game I start to feel sleepy...In this case, I often start to make mistakes and end up risking everything, realizing that either I will lose now and go to bed quietly, or I will be lucky and suffer further.

If I play late at night I usually select a ring game, or two or three. I start and stop whenever I want. Actually I play a lot of ring games since I really don't like staying put for long periods of time. My biggest challenge these days is sitting still for the League tournaments where I'm locked in for 3 hours or so.

I like to take a couple of walks a day. It works as a stress reliever and cures anxiety for me. It also is nice for clearing my head and gathering my mood like a mood stabilizer. I can refocus on the task on hand for the day as well.

For me, if I get out of the game, I’d rather stop or sit out for a while! I prefer fast play! Eg A Sit & Go!

take care of your family for somtimes, the envy will come back but you should not abuse by playing to much
read some books about poker or watch some videos to learn more
only pros play too much to earn their money
