Well, Im mostly playing online tournaments. So when Im getting very tired on playing some low buy-in tournament I just all in on the first hand with high card. If I win, Im enjoying the game and continue 😊

I would stop for a few hours, go for a walk or go to the gym to exhaust myself physically.

I do something else. usually i light up the forge, heat up some metal and beat the crap out of it with a 40oz. hammer. Like I would do after a bad suckout loss. LOL, I usually feel better and then I make a one of a kind hook.

I stop the game as soon as possible and change my activity. It's happened a few times already. It can happen to any player. I recommend stopping, resting your head, coming back only when you really want. It's not necessary to be in a hurry, really you can be discouraged at some point, just walk away and come back when you feel confident.

Quit playing for years, and only play at casinos once in a blue moon because I know they wont cheat me with a stacked deck.
