We do not play poker against children, but against cunning, hardened, experienced, wild, hungry wolves!

I think our mistake is underestimating the opponent and sometimes too many bluffs
of course I also like fishing und it's nice when someone bluffs when I have a really good hand

Serious question.

Opponents can be different, they can be cunning and experienced, they can be emotional, they can be insidious and even evil, but in essence, it doesn't matter at all. Only your skills, your experience and your luck are what really matter.
And a separate question about bluffing. You need to be able to bluff, bluffing can be an effective tool in the hands of experienced players and bluffing can be very unprofitable for beginners.

Yes, underestimating them and trying to run too many bluffs. Also overestimating them and running too few bluffs. Whatever it may be, we are hopefully not playing against children, although many of them act like children 🤔 and are wolves not children of older wolves? Can children not be cunning, hardened, experienced, wild, and hungry too? I know children in poorer countries definitely have to be that way to survive in their world. But then are all wolves cunning, hardened, experienced, wild and hungry? Some wolves live in zoos and only some of those wolves are hungry.

This is a great point! Always know your enemy and never underestimate them at the poker table!

Yes, as famous professional players have said - we wish each other the best in our personal lives, but at the poker table we are hostile wolves!

I don't know, your playing style doesn't seem like a tight player who waits for the other player to make a mistake. Maybe I haven't played at the same table with you that often, but last time you were very lucky to beat my "AA" with "10 8". And you shouldn't be afraid of wolves, you should be afraid of foxes! ;)

Just playing by looking at the cards can happen... I believe that with efficient strategies we can minimize mistakes and play by putting more pressure on our opponents at the right times.

We catch someone like a fish, someone catches us like a fish, this is the game of poker, everyone tends to make mistakes, the main thing is to take advantage of it in time.

About 2 months ago you knocked out my "AA" on 888 in a CardsChat tournament with “10 8” when there were about 15 players left (maybe less). You got top pair on the flop with a weak kicker, and I limped "AA". You went all-in on the flop, I called and you got an "8" on the turn.
