How do you relax from the poker games? Periodically arrange races on the tournament (2 tournaments per night) extending generally in the late evening or at night. This can go for weeks without interruption.
Rest arrange something like this: watching movies, TV shows, listening to music, reading books, games. In recent years, and it does not help.
Are you tired of playing poker and how do you relax?

I do not get tired of poker. Instead I sit down to play to take a break from daily affairs.

I have to say for me it is a little bit like an addiction to play. I play much and sometimes I keep playing although I should stop. But if it is enough I change the room and watch TV or something. But most time not without thinking about Poker an my skills.

Hello, I relax, leaving days in between, especially when I have to work late, when I have had two or three intense weeks of poker, or when I feel that I am playing very badly, that nothing comes out, or I realize That I'm not having fun. Now, if you mean what to do while you're in tournaments, all I can tell you is that I play music and concentrate on watching the other players play, who only bluff or who actually play when they have good cards.

When you play every day without breaks, poker, too, ceases part of everyday activities. I used to also rested from all of the poker game, but now it is gone somewhere. I can not seem to relax.

Hey. also I take breaks sometimes for several days. but at this time I can not relax, returning to the game can see that all the tech is playing badly. I can not concentrate on the game. I play those hands that have not ever played, I put all even when there is no chance to win, and it makes no sense to bluff.

Sometimes im tired and I stop playing. But only for a few days, because I like poker very much lol

If i am tired when i play a MTT or sit and go, i can relax listening good music with my headphones. But not relax music, music that you like. I feel better with this

I have to force myself now and then not to play, but even when I am not playing I am still thinking about the game. Right now I try and schedule 1 to 2 days a week away from the poker tables but it's hard when you are forced to pass up one of your favorite MTT's.

Many things that you use to relax is, does not help me to have a rest. But there are some examples that I still have not used. I hope this helps. Since I want to relax and fully enjoy the game again.

Is always put music to relax in the middle of a poker tournament .. starting a conversation at the table can be very beneficial because in addition to being able to relax a little to stop thinking about everything that could happen in the next hand you can get information Useful to your opponent since if you talk with him you can know his way of thinking .. other forms but I think that only something mine is playing with my clothes with my hands keys necklace anything within my reach sometimes even with my hands or start To move my feet is something that suits me well to distract me ..

Beer, cigarettes, movies/tv shows ( I defy you to watch a season 4 episode of thewalkingdead without falling asleep )

and violin music in the background, of course

I also find it relaxing to talk to the other players, sometimes you meet some cool people, from many different countries never visited. It's also fun to piss off the people who think poker chat is made for and should only be used to say :gh/nice hand

I believe all things should be done in moderation. If you don't overdo it, then I don't think that you'll get tired of playing. Even if you don't overdo it, if you play the same tournaments at the same time every day, you might get tired of the routine. I play poker pretty much every day, but I don't play all day every day. On average I'll play a couple of tournaments a day, sometimes in the wee hours of the morning and sometimes in the afternoon and evening. Of course there are days that I don't play at all. Not because I'm tired of poker, but just because I might be doing other things, and not necessarily anything all that important because poker isn't all that important. As long as I keep it in that perspective, I find that I enjoy playing when I feel like playing and don't really get tired of it.
