Now, before you go and rag on me, at least know that this was after I had lost about $150 in sit & go's and was pretty damn upset, not really caring what happened to the rest of my money. (I started the table with my last $24 and had gotten up to the $95 by making equally dumb calls.)

Well...Have at it.

Oh, and by the way, yes I knew (or was pretty certain) that the guy had the straight, and yes I was chasing for the boat.

In before the "bankroll Management" posts!

Congrats, i'm sure we've all done this (well I certainly have). Yep the straight was pretty obvious but I can see how the betting would have dragged you into the pot.

But stay away from PLO unless you want to lose it all back!

Some of the best wins I've ever had happened after I decided I didn't care any more. Unfortunately, "not caring" is not a very effective strategy. :D

I don't disagree with your move one bit, u have a set, chasing the boat, just cuz they have the straight on the flop, don't mean there good by the river, now would I say keep doing this hell naw, but congrats, and gl in near future
