I suppose you mean in poker stars. If so i also received it and did not do anything unusual to provoke it. I think that they send it to all players as precaution because they see the increased traffic caused by quarantine and they need to protect their business against possible lawsuits by people who go broke by warning you in advance.
Just a general notification pop up (but a good reminder)
I am not sure but it might be anticipating UK government guidelines as the government is trying to play a more active role regarding gambling addiction (they just placed measures to bar punters using credit cards to bet etc.).
While I don't play on Pokerstars where this pop-up message appears to be from, I believe that it is always good to have this cautious notes for everyone, even if you personally follow responsible gambling and bankroll management, to help those who are struggling with this. While it may be a nuisance for some, it can be a useful reminder for others, so for that, I commend them for doing this.

No it is not just you pawelmad9 no need for you to be paranoid if talking about Pokerstars I see this when log in also.
Besides playing freerolls is the most responsible thing you can do as no losses can occur.
These KK cooler type hands in freerolls for example are ok nothing to lose but in big buy in games can really affect your attitude to responsible gaming and destroy your bankroll.
If you feel that sometimes you can't control yourself and just lose your money, then you better start playing freerolls. Thanks to freerolls, you will gain experience, improve your skills and obviously be able to develop your discipline.
