Sometimes I feel my reads are much better online than live. I'm not sure why, all ive come up with is playing tens of millions of hands online must be the reason.

I think it's almost impossible to read someone online when playing poker. I think that it's more possible to remember a person's playing tendencies online.

It's definitely harder to read people online but there are still timing and bet sizing tells online.
there is also the opponent's style of play. if you are a guy who plays all hands or if you are a guy more tight among other things.

I'm more comfortable playing online, so it's easier to judge players by their actions. There is less experience offline, so it is more difficult to play, more practice is needed.

I am in total agreement with you here, I have often thought about using a HUD but the cost of some of the better ones out there do not reflect my personal buy-in amounts and I find that you could become more reliant on them and not learn anything.
One famous quote reads "Poker is a game you can pick up in 5 minutes, But it takes a life time to master" I have been playing Texas Holdem for over 25 years and I am still learning, and I may never be a great player, but I have had a great time learning.
Like every one else I have good days and bad but what makes me a good player is that I can survive a losing streak and get back on top with a little patience and perseverance.

When the fun Stops, STOP!

Agreed , Cheers !

I don't think we are all strong readers of another person's face. But naturally, playing live gives you more opportunities to determine the range of your opponent's card hands. But the possibility of big mistakes due to the opposition of opponents, who can also play with their knowledge of psychology, is not excluded.
I'm still an online poker player, but I think in the future it is possible to play live in a casino, and not just with friends.

Online using a HUD helps me read hands. Lets say you open in early position villain has a 24% vpip and 6% 3bet from the button and he flat calls. You can put him on a 6-24% capped range.
