Hard disagree. Everyone likes to think of themselves as someone who make money in the long run so they're not "gambling." But that's simply not the case as every time you sit at a table and make a bet you are gambling, time and again. Even the best players in the world lose money.
There is a segment of players for whom it is not gambling. Those are the players who have big endorsement deals, own pieces of gambling websites, and get staked/backed for many of the big tournaments and games they play in. At that point, the player has multiple streams of revenue that depend on their play, such that the impact of a loss at the table is minimized.
If that is not you, you are gambling. No matter how much money you've made and how good you are, if you believe any single person is so great that playing poker isn't gambling, you are simply deluding yourself.
