The Chip Race featuring Dara O'Kearney and David Lappin is in my opinion by far the best poker podcast at present. Various interviews with smart, informed pros and industry figures, with a news segment and an in depth breakdown of a significant hands.
The Grid with Jennifer Shahade is very interesting. Each show she has a player breakdown one unique hand with the idea being to complete a full grid with pros discussing every conceivable opening hand combination.
DAT poker podcast is also good, though since Daniel Negreanu joined (it was the former 2+2 podcast) Adam Schwarz and Terrance Chan the original co-hosts tend to get swamped by all things Negreanu which has become grating.
