This is a poker forum. So I will assume you're asking whether poker is a skill or luck based game. But from the wording of your question, you could just as well be talking about Monopoly. Assuming that you are talking about poker though, my opinion is that although there is an element of luck to it, poker is primarily a skill based game.

Skill more important than luck. If played right will be crucial to have the skill. Especially it will affect the race.

Poker is about skill and luck.
Chess for example is all about skill.

I think that often playing in tournaments where a lot of participants allows you to reach a level where you will play one on one or three players for you to win

I'm giving advantage to luck, from my view prospective it is the most important factor, experience is not worth if you can't hit anything on board, and some non experienced player will won even over Daniel Negreanu when the luck is his ally.

I'm thinking that the most important thing when playing poker is a learning experience. And a good hand reading opponent.

Then in its great perspective names like Daniel Negreanu , Andre Akkari , Chris Moneymaker , Nanonoko , among others, are lucky and not Experienced ? It's like the friend said there , experience 80 % , 20% luck . All these big names I mentioned above come in FTs of major tournaments through good luck or experience?

If it's in a freeroll or microlimits, luck comes first. You can't bluff some begginers that will go to the river waiting to hit something, no matter what you've done pre-flop/post flop they will call you very often.

I agree , freeroll and micro is too difficult to apply such a bluff .
