Do you prefer to play online or live? Explain why, including pros and cons.
I've never played live. I only play online. Unfortunately, I actually do not have the opportunity to play live, although I am sure that playing live is more interesting, but probably more difficult.

I only play online. I don't really like the crowd, respectively, so it's more convenient.

Live. Not only is my ROI better but for me it's the social aspect of it. Playing online "for me" gets boring, so much so I always watch a film, YT or a stream while playing. I realise this is detrimental and a huge flaw in my game but it is what it is, grinding is boring!

Agree, I have found live easier. Also, online a lot of the rooms are completely stopping any interaction, so you do not even have the option. 888 have stopped their chat recently and so have ACR.

of course live poker, online you can't see the opponent's reaction and it's hard to study his way of playing, in live it's the opposite of online where you feel all the reactions.

Both online and offline have their advantages. Online is more dynamic, you can play several tables at the same time. Offline there is live communication. I try to mix both kinds of games. I usually play online, but sometimes I play offline with friends

Online you have more possibilities, unfortunately for some reason it's harder then in live (at least in my experiences) to initiate any meaningful conversations. I have few theories why.

Live is more a complete game, includes lots of psychology and reading opponents.
Online is simpler but much much faster...
So it is up to the player, which does he prefer.

I like them both> live for the crowd and interaction, online for commodity and speed.

I like it better live. I started playing tournaments at home with friends and then at poker rooms, open tables and tournaments. Within that community, they told me about online poker, and that's when I started playing a little bit, but I stopped playing online betting for a couple of years, after the pandemic, I stopped going to the gaming halls and well, lately I've come back to love poker because of course:D in my spare time of course:D

pros and cons online isn't the same personal interaction and environment as playing online, apart from the fact that it's more fun to talk to your dealer, brag with words, read live gestures, looks will always be more real, the experience, but in Line you also learn to be more patient and tolerant:D

Online for me, I often clap my hands when I'm excited about something, so that will be a dead giveaway!

Online I like to play , live I have never played , on online poker rooms it has nano and micro stakes , I do not believe you can find these stakes on a live poker room . Besides that , playing live you have to deal with your body language and poker tells , other inconveniences that I do not like . So better stick with online poker , I think for life , although never say never ... Maybe one day I try live for curiosity reasons .....

Live is always better... Online is a good opportunity to play larger field games and play with people internationally is very interesting.

But live is just a much better game, more fun and more money goes in.

I actually prefer live poker to online. Its just a lot more fun playing live to be honest. I tend to play online much more though. Since covid live games in my area are not really around and the casino does not have any tournements I can affortd at this time.

I only play online. I play in the evenings and at night, after work, sometimes even during work. For me, playing online is more convenient than playing live.

Online for a game of poker whenever you get the feels. But you cant beat a good game of poker between a small group of people (friends) for cash.

I prefer online because you can play wherever you are and people can't see your reactions. On the other hand, you also don't see the reaction of the other players and you can be incited to perform other tasks during the game, which compromises your performance.

I don't have much experience in live poker, I only played with friends, but I love online poker and I really enjoy playing with people from other countries
