Having played online for some time now I really enjoy it but what does everyone think do you get a better Buzz and experience if you play in a venue i.e. casino pub or do u prefer playing it amongst good friends and family what are your opinions

I love to play live more for the socialization aspect and definitely weaker play on average. I especially miss playing with my group of friends and going weekly or more to our poker social club now that I've moved to a new province and even if I was living at my old place because of the virus...
Online is still great, however, because I can always get my poker fix at any time of the day and especially now during this pandemic lockdown we're all in for who knows how long.

I always prefer to play with friends because it's so much more fun, but when I play with them it's only for few dollars at maximum. So when my goal is to win money, I choose online poker.

I only play online because there is no poker casino in my city, there are casinos for various games but not for what I am interested in. I would have loved to play at a live table and I decided to take a vacation in a city where I could satisfy my desire.

Online poker is much cheaper and you can play whenever you have some free time and internet from whatever place you want. Casino is better experience for me but requires more free time and money. Home games are for me just for pure fun where focus is not on the game but on the beer and friends talk.

For me personally there is so much more advantages and better things when playing online. Its a lot faster, you can play as many table as you want at the same time and you can do whatever you want while you are playing. Its probably fun to go to casino from time to time but for regular grind, definietely online.

There was never a chance to play live. However, I would always play online. It is convenient to play online from all sides. There is no need to waste time going to the casino.

Live playing is the full experience of the game, on line is a distilled version. To a degree, on line poker and live poker aren't the same games.

I prefer the live version, but convenience of the on line version is great as well.

I really love live games even though i am really not socialising during the game and people describe me as kind of awkward i think. That does change though during breaks or sometimes when i am not involved in a couple of hands.
Though there is no micro market in the casinos as it doesnt pay out for them so i rarely do it.

Poker is poker to me. There’s always going to be an adjustment when starting at a table or game. The reality is your main focus is to implement a strategy to outwit your opponents. The only think I enjoy more is the social aspect of live games

There is nothing like a live game where everyone is social, no one cares about the money, and everyone is just laughing together at how the game plays out.

Online OTOH is more serious poker. You focus more on the math and the technicals because you have no live tells. And that makes for a tougher game. It's a great way to stay mentally active at home and it teaches me things about poker that I wouldn't learn as quickly playing live.

Here there no others options, the clube more near are closed, to play I need to go to the others cities, so I need to plan and choose a day with some conditions to travel, is a little more than 2 hours from here, but the tournament game end in dawn, and I need to wake up soon to work.

This without taking into account the current moment, with the coronavirus almost all clubs in the country have closed and are not expected to open.

Home Games - good fun with friends, no rake, no dealer tipping.
Online - fast, easy access, variety of games and limits
Casinos - the challenge, tells, table service, new people to meet

The interaction with a wide variety of people the adrenaline of having a monster or pulling off a big bluff live beats online anytime
