My favorite time is to play in the morning when I just woke up, or in the evening when I was a little tired. During the day I do not like to play, there is a chance that I can fall into tilt. At night, very tired and sometimes a lot of mistakes in the game.
Definitely my best time to play poker is when I am totally relaxed ... without having to think that I have to go to do other things ... So normally I play at night after having done all my day's work ...!
I play primarily in the evenings from about 6/7pm until midnight or just beyond. It’s when all of the freerolls are, as well as the fishiest players. It’s also a nice time of day to sit somewhere comfortable and listen to some music or watch TV in the background.
Friday and Saturday tables are crowded with Amateur players who spend time in poker rooms for fun, not so much for the sake of winning. They play poker for beginners. Therefore, I conclude that these days are the most profitable days of the week, and the chances of winning increase significantly.
That up to the time of day when to play, here to plan harder and this is purely personal for each. You need to sit down to play when you want to. It is believed that intuition itself gives you the best recommendations for the game. Night time is traditionally considered to be the best for players who sit down at the table to play poker online for the sake of winning.
I happen to play every day in the evenings, but not for long freerolls or cash games, but for me the most convenient time and days for playing is on weekends Saturday and Sunday where I can choose normal long tournaments or some other games and play a lot of time and try to win something, so it’s good for me to play on the weekend!
