Does anyone else miss being able to play poker live? I'm from scotland and our pub poker league has been cancelled since march because of the pandemic, really wanting to get back to seeing the regulars and being able to play people by their tells!

I hope the epidemic won't last forever. And the usual rhythm of life will return.

As before, there will be no more - the virus has come forever! All we can do is adapt to it.

There's a way to go yet. The 1918 pandemic lasted 2 full years in a world with lower populations and much less travel. It had 3 waves and, in some places, 4 waves. The 2nd and 3rd waves were worse than the 1st....that's what's happening now. So hang in everyone and enjoy online poker cause that's going to continue probably into 2022.

live poker

I like playing live poker more than online, its included lots of fun on the table, you can communicate and talk with other players, you can walk away from the table and take a break easily , you can be hosted with food and fruits and drinks, and you can actually touch the cards and chips that make it much more amazing on the other hand playing live can help you improve in reading people minds and finding their tells on the table

Definitely live game is something i miss. In my city there is no live poker game for even longer as the biggest casino offering regular tournaments was closed in january as part of strike against organized crime. After that covid came and there is still no legal live game in the capital city which is really a shame.

Not only that, the 1918 flu was still part of life well into the 1940's. Covid is not something we can beat, it is only something we can adapt to.

I too, am missing my friends and the live poker scene.

Good luck and God bless.
