In my opinion, when you play 3-6 hours, you start to get exhausting

Around the 3 hour mark but by then you are usually doing very well in the tournament so it doesn't matter too much... Not good to play after that session though. It's too much

If we talk about cash, then I consider it optimal to play 3-4 zoom tables, two sessions of two hours a day. This is about 3-4 thousand hands per day or 60-80 thousand hands per month. It is very important, in my opinion, to limit yourself to a time frame in order to avoid excuse marathons (like "I'm going to thrash today until I hit minus !!!! 11").

You can start with one table and gradually increase the number of tables. Set your stop loss to 2.5 BI to get started. If you get on 1 zoom table in the first 15 hands of 3B, then go out and don't play that day.

If I have to play in a long tournament, then I try to relax before the game!!! I mentally set myself up for a long game and feel tired after the game!!!

Really depends what I play. MTT I can easily play for 6-8h without really noticing a drop in my concentration. Cash games on the other hand, I'm pretty done after 2-3 hours. After a hour of pause I can do another 2-3h.
You also generate fatigue by playing every single day, so I make sure to take some days completely away from poker to regenerate.

I usually play cash games and my sessions last 4-5 hours. However, sometimes I play in tournaments that can last for 6-8 hours and it's really exhausting

It depends on what tournament I choose. It can be an hour or maybe the whole evening, i.e. 8h+, there is no rule.

I play tournaments until I'm out of chips or when I'm on a losing streak and I'm not interested in playing anymore because I'm tired.

about 3-4 hours.

it was a maximum of 12 hours somewhere

Sometimes a tournament can last about 6 to 8 hours. In that cases, I like to play through the day, when I am rested. Other cases, I may be playing about 3 to 4 hours.
