Would really depend on my position, stack, if in tourney or cash and who i'm playing against. Would go back and forth depending on those factors. Sitting down cold and being on the button? Always take the pair.

KQ

I would rather play King/ Queen suited or not. Have lost too many times with 10-10 LOL At least with King / Queen you have 2 chances to pair up. Just my thought.

Its situational for me. I really like both but I feel TT is just good or bad, not much room for making a play. KQ can be very versatile.

Good afternoon.I prefer TT.It is better to have already a pair pre-flop instead of waiting for one.At least , it is a medium pair.

the finished pair is certainly a good hand, but KQ in most cases will be in the front

I know TT is the favourite but it seems like they almost never hold up to over cards.

No doubt I prefer KQ. TT is very delicate when faced with high cards involving A, K and Q.

I like 10-10, but when a higher card comes on flop, dead end. Same situation, when with KQ comes an A on flop...

If it's heads up against an opponent I take 10-10. Multiway pot with 3 or more I would go with KQ.

Pocket tens every time. I want a made hand not a drawing hand if possible.

give me the made hand with TT and ill take the slight equity advantage vs your KQ. Yes it's basically a flip, but TT will come out ahead in the LONG run.

10s every time. it does much better against ranges, even with multiple opponents than kq does. i'm sure there might be a very specific situation where kq might perform better but, in my random equity tests, 10s outperformed kq.

of course, thats only in all-in situations where the river is guaranteed. in situations where there is post flop betting, it could be a bit different. i think i still pick 10s over kq as i think they're much easier to play post flop. kq can get you into a lot of trouble on some flops, either by missing draws, being out kicked, etc.

Well it's a 52% win potential for the pocket TT, but 46% only if the KQ are suited. So depends lol, if suited then i go for KQ, if not then the Pair

Both seem good to me, and with both I have been able to win good pots and fundamental stages in tournaments.

I prefer TT. you have a better chance of winning the flip with TT than with KQ
