To me, poker has been an important part of my life during my college years. Although my father taught me to play at a young age, I didn't play for cash until 4-5 years ago my junior year of high school. I love playing with friends, making trips to casinos, and watching livestreams/YouTube vids of tournaments around the world. It's not the most important thing, but as my favorite hobby, I'd say that poker is relatively important to my life! Certainly won't be able to look back on my college years without thinking about grinding online or playing in a home game until 4 AM.

Poker has been and is an important part of my life. It has and still teaches me a lot about myself and about others. It forces me to always strive to be better and to be a life long learner. Social interaction is also another important aspect of poker, it brought me to this forum and to its all great members and poker has brought me some great friends. It also serves as a great escape from day to day life and a stress reliever. Also it provides some extra $$$ 😃😉.

In my family my father doesn't support playing of poker but me and my two elder brother play it because its the source of our earning plus enjoyment.
