I was curious in the past about this topic and as a fan of Doug Polk I took the test he posted on the Upswing Poker site(Phil Hellmuth's quiz); my result was: "Congrats, you’re an eagle -- an advanced player. You have clearly put in the time away from the table to improve. Your strategy is tough, aggressive, and theoretically sound." // I like to study and I put quite a bit of work to improve my game even tho I'm a recreational player, my 'default' strategy is to be aggressive (mostly TAG but I'm switching to LAG depending on the game/ opponents), so my result is actually pretty accurate...

In the early stages of a tournament, I try to be an antlion larva (the Myrmeleontiformia suborder of the order Neuroptera). As larvae, they dig traps in the sand and wait for their prey to fall in.

Once they are adults (late stages of an MTT/Final Table), they are lacewings and just fly around and eat whatever they want:

This strategy has worked for this order of insects for about 47 million years.
