Hi, everybody. Please advice, I lost assembled with zero stack at$30. The last time was a total bad luck, lost a hand with aces, kings, train with a pre-flop, straight and flush. Now all thought about, I realized it seems to be their mistakes: D how to start playing poker again?)

Bad luck happens to all of us, you cant do anything about it.
But indeed you can do something about your bankrollmanagment so you can cover your variance when it happens.

You can start freerolls, it is without risk and investments (in different rooms there are many freerolls). Then with $30-$50 on micro-limits increase your bankroll. Good luck!

Take a break! Poker is meant to be fun, but no-one likes to lose. The emotional is every bit as important as the technical aspect of the cards in your hands. Good hands will sometimes get beaten. It is how you handle those losses that make you a winner in the long term. Take a break, don't let it ruin your game. GL.

I also lost a hand with AA, it is necessary to take a break from the game, read books, create a new bankroll on freeroll.

Wherever you want to invest money, I advise you to carefully examine the question you are interested in first and foremost, if you, of course, need a refund. If you consider poker as a hobby and do not want to lose your money, play freerolls.
Good luck.

if you do not think about spending more money, freeroll is the best option, you can have fun, gain confidence, gain experience and maybe win some money to start a new bankroll.

In my opinion, it is very important to control your emotions.
This will allow you to timely analyze the situation and make the right decisions.

I only invest the money, that I win in freerolls. When I have some dollars on a site, I play some slots, play some bigger tournaments, and when the money is gone, I get some more from Freerolls. If I were depositing and losing MY money, I know exactly I would deposit more to win it back, so I don't even start this mousewheel.

Watch some streams on twitch , videos on youtube , study some bankroll management , and either deposit and play from there or start slow with freerolls but stick to BRM and watch at least viseos to improve your game if you can't find books.
Wellcome back and good luck on the felt!!

Make the right conclusions from your mistakes and do not repeat these mistakes again. All people are wrong. The main thing is to understand where was wrong and not to do so more.

No desire to just become a winning player instead? You see this was my goal from the very beginning & when I began losing (after winning a bit at first) I looked into what I needed to do to turn that around. I then started to enjoy the studying as much as I enjoyed playing the game & within a short time thereafter I was a consistently winning player & have been ever since.

People play for different reasons... for me the main reason is 'to win'.

If it's 'their mistakes' that are happening, why stop playing at all? (and even if it's our own.... we can learn from our mistakes).
Poker playing is a journey.... you can chalk up all of the experiences along the way as lessons & use them to improve your play. One's intuition becomes much stronger over time.

I have been playing bad lately and it happens from bad beats and it tilts you so then you end up making bad decisions I have to start being more discipline and realize not every one player is the same so not everyone makes the same moves so this is something I need to work on so I get what your saying ,I just need to study more and not take things to serious and ill be fine just some minor adjustments ..gl pal

Like the people above said. Start playing freerolls slowly build up a bankroll at low cash-games or sit&go's from that point slowly go higher when you feel you're ready for the next step (And when you have enough in you roll for that stake) Hope that helps.

Sure, that was the idea from the beginning. Unfortunately I am a foreigner in mexico and have no possibility to withdraw money from pokersites. So until I go back to Europe or find another solution, I will use my wins to satisfy my gambling needs. I have a studying plan and beginning next year I will put the money on cash games, I'm already curious how this turns out

I try to tell this to as many new people as i can...look brother...aces and kings are just aces and kings...they are a pair...1 pair..thats all..I get that sounds ridiculous to you but you just gotta always realize this...NEVER shove ur chips in preflop with 1 pair...its gonna end bad for you probably 45% of the time and if ur having a run of bad luck its gonna be more...if u got AcAd and theres for hearts on the board..guess what? Ur beat...face it and save urself the money and heartache..fold...if u got KK and theres 4567 on the board..guess what? Yep...u know..ur beat...save yourself the heartache and your bankroll and fold...its its a pair. Live to see another hand...best of luck friend
