Disclaimer: this is just my own opinion. Not a pro and English is not my first language so my grammar might be off. My rule is 3 buy ins and if I'm still losing Im done for the night. Try to think of the hands that I lost. Think what I've done wrong. Try to look for articles to help improve that aspect of my game. Sometimes Id try what I've learned in play money games. I know play money and real money games are different but you're just there to try out what you've learned.

Replace feeling with knowledge
Learning that luck in poker is really not there and bad beats can be easily explained. There is a reason why we lose and how we dont lose ourselves to the Tilt and all that comes with it is actually kinda simple. First its usually ppl dont really study poker they skim get a concept and run with it and repeat when they hit the wall. Second lotta pple shove pre way to often and wonder why they lose with AA and Ak. PPL for get pre AA will lose 20% of the time. thats why Money management and Basics stressed but also ignored by a lotta players starting out. Dont get mad when you lose analyze and wonder if your using the wrong concepts at the wrong moments. I know from experience that when your losing dont make excuses, look at How your really playing and ask yourself a few question like. Did i have control of the hand or was i out of position? Then you ask if you played it correctly most ppl dont C bet when they miss but should most PPL dont 3 bet enough or miss out on a win because they trust their emotions more than logic. If you want easy money Donate some plasma but if you want the Hard way to make the easy living you gonna have to work for it.

If your losing its because your not learning or studying. Lets be honest i see a lotta players that do this, and its all because they just dont wanna learn something for what ever reason. You want to win you got to Study. kEEP stacking buddy!!

What I been trying to do is to put the blame on me instead in unluckyness...
What I'm saying is that I get real mad on the bad beats because I though I was playing in the right way... But Why did I all in the first place? There is no rule that says that if you have a hand with good chances that you suposed to double your chips or win big time...
So I been trying to blame myself and as strategy when playing not to put myself manytimes in situations I depend of my lucky espeacally if it is going to take me out of the game. So lately I been playing with the most confirmed hands I can get in other to bet big and fold if not so.

It is being very difficult for me, it is very difficult for me to get out of the tilt moment, now I am reading a book about the mentality in poker. I hope to learn because yes, it influences my game a lot and leads me to make a lot of mistakes and lose quickly.

I overcome moments of tilt taking a deep breath and telling myself that fatalities happen. Then I try to be very calm and have a glass of cold water. This helps a lot to balance the pressure and the mood.

Poker is my hobby. I love this game because it always gives me pleasure, and the pleasure I get during the game is the best motivation for me. I'm just trying to play right and improve my skills, so the emotions I feel are only positive and always under my control.
