For me, it depends a lot on my mood and hobbies. At the moment I see poker as a nice pastime and a tiny extra income. Thus, I play a maximum of 2-3 hours a day but only one tournament and as long as you get ahead there. So if I drop out earlier, I stop even after 10 minutes. And mainly freerolls. If I have won 1000$ through freerolls, I could imagine to play even longer and more often.
So I would say that this is also a self-protection for me not to get into the emotional track anymore, especially when a downswing comes and spoils the mood.

on average 4-5 hours, and that's how you want to win, to 1st place

I can play for a good 3 hours, but after those 3 hours I notice a drastic decline in my play(which to begin with even when im well rested is not that good).

2-3 hours depending on the game. Bad decisions can occur with tiredness and lack of concentration.

I can play up to 12 hours but I normally play about 8 hours a day and it depends cause if I run 🏃‍♀️ deep in a tournament 🏟 it would take up ⬆️ to 12 hours and maybe 🤔 I was just knocked out of a tournament earlier witch I was playing for about 2 hours before so it may be 14 hours some days.

It depends, if it's a tournament I prepare to play at least 6 hours, but if I play cash games, I usually play a couple of hours and then I analyze the hands.

The schedules are managed by the person according to their availability. In my case I can all day but I accommodate it with the things I have to do apart.

It is recommended that you rest and focus every hour, although if you need to do it sooner, it is recommended that you let your hands pass.

I have often played 6-14 hours straight and sometimes much longer. Tiredness can definitely be an issue, especially as many of the games are late night for most of Europe.

I try to avoid expensive games after work, I have sometimes not realised how tired I am and started to fall asleep, and sometimes actually fallen asleep..

Unfortunately I do not think this is practical and will result in loses in serious games.

I've played for like 12 hours, but in the end i usually get impatience. To me the ideal is 4 hours maximum.

If i actually focus on the game my brain starts fuming after like 5 hours, which is why i would prefer if there was more multi day tournaments.

Depending on the tournament I play, I can play it for as long as it takes but more than 4 hours makes me very tired xD

At the moment I have as many as necessary. Speaking of which, I haven't seen anything about poker clubs here, has anyone heard anything?

It´s for amateurs.
How many hours can you play per day?
It´s not easy to play correctly if I´m tired after work or house job.
Because each person has the limit to decise thing.
Poker requires us to decise each hand (4 times or more).
Therefore, it makes me tired after games.
My best sessions tend to be when I play for 2-3 hours

But for tournaments that isn't really a choice... so for them I plan my food and exercise so i can push myself for 8-10 hours

This is why I prefer grinding cash or sngs tho over mtts. It allows for better quality play and better quality living overall

I can play upto 3 hours, so long as there isn't a lot of clock burning from players on the table. After that too tired.
