I try to Play daily in order to improve the game constantly; additionally, I learn Theory (masterclass of negreanu and ivy; YouTube Videos of past poker tournaments;..).

But in General, as I want my life to be balanced, i try to Play around 1-2 Hours a day. Of Course, when you Play a Tournament, this might take longer.

now I can afford 4-5 hours a day off after work a maximum of two hours if nothing distracts and there are no important things to do although this happens rarely

My head hurts after about 4 to 5 hours. I notice my quality of play really deteriorates after about 5 hours. I get really impatient and start calling all-ins just for the sake of getting it over with. Been working hard on trying to fix this bad habit. Any advice?

During my biggest periods of grinding 12 hour sessions were normal. Longest session ever was 36 hours I think.

I've slowly been ramping my way up to around 4 to 5 hours a day of cash games. Usually 2 tables at a time. Want to stay at that level several weeks and then I'll start to experiment with adding either more hours or more tables.

I am home so I play continually throughout the day. I’d say approximately 10 to12 hours each day. This is because I retired from my job due to health issues. Poker is relaxing to me and I do enjoy it.
