I used to get very angry. But after I became a member of the CardsChat community, I stopped being angry. Thanks to the community for saving my nerves :)

I think I get more angry when I know that I have made a mistake in a hand that I have, but not the rest, I don't care if I lose a hand that I have played well, in the end you have to focus on that, poker has a lot of variance and it is That's why it's normal.

2. Above all, what bothers me the most are the bad beats, but luckily they only last a few minutes; then I regain my mindset, ahaha!

It gets mad when you get hit badly and it's normal, it's part of the game and I don't think that's going to change lol for me.

I was always very angry when they gave me a bad beat, after thinking about it minutes later and realizing that a lot of that loss was my fault, it calmed me down. Now I haven't played in a long time so I don't get mad

How long have I been angry about losing a poker game? That's around 1-5 minutes. No one would ever be happy after loosing a game with invested time & money but should just get over it & move on. Such is gambling, sometimes lucky & sometimes not. Otherwise I'll just play sports & win everytime.

Sometimes I get angry, especially when hours have passed playing and I end up losing, but losing is also part of it, there's no way to just win lol

Hi :)
I get upset, but not for more than 10-15 minutes. My limits allow me to easily cope with such moments, so it's definitely not critical for me :)
Good luck :)

If you got money in with better odds there is nothing to be upset about.

Loss is our best friend; it is through losses that skill is acquired; it is the price of tuition that everyone must pay in full.

Anger after losing a poker game can last anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the individual’s emotional control and experience level. For many, especially newer players, it might linger longer as they dwell on bad beats or mistakes. Experienced players, on the other hand, are usually quicker to move past losses by focusing on the long-term nature of the game, understanding that variance and short-term losses are inevitable. The key is to manage emotions effectively and avoid letting frustration cloud future decisions.

I get angry when I'm playing, but when I get up I forget it, I don't care about it, there are worse things.

99% of the time, I don’t care, but with high buy-in games, I might get a bit upset—for a couple of minutes, anyway.

you remember the biggest moves, but you need to work on your game and psychology, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger

About 10 minutes. But one gets better at handling defeats as one gets more experienced.

At a certain point, when the barrage of signals and reactions is no longer processed by the brain and, so to speak, “sent accurately to the addresses”, “overload” occurs, and we begin to lose control over emotions and our behavior in the environment that gave rise to them. You will lose health and deplete your body's resources, spend energy on unnecessary emotions and worries, and also see your schedule, bankroll and desire to play fall. The same analogy applies to any important matter in life.Anger is your enemy, but I personally never get angry.
It’s so true—our minds and bodies have a natural limit when it comes to processing stress and emotional stimuli. When we overload, everything from our health to our productivity can be impacted. I agree that managing emotions like anger is crucial since unchecked anger can lead to burnout, both mentally and physically. It’s impressive that you've mastered this skill; many struggle with controlling intense emotions. Recognizing the effects of emotional energy and learning to channel it productively can be life-changing. Thanks for sharing your insight!

If I'm paying within my limits, I really don't care too much because I know this is poker, we are not going to win everyday no matter how well we play. If I'm on tilt and playing above my limits, I get very angry, but mostly with myself. Fortunately, my last tilt was a long time ago.

Our passion for poker, our love for it, the desire to win, the competition, the mistakes, the adrenaline, the patience, the anxiety, the anger, the euphoria of winning, and the racing heartbeat, all of these feelings are linked to poker and the players. I think we will feel and live all of these feelings in less than two hours at most of playing.
