You need to relax. Be distracted, for example listening musics and practice enough and keep the concentration, try to control yourself.

I agree with you we need to escape sometimes,to switch for a couple of days to something else, immediately visible changes in the game after some rest

Never glance or speak to your opponent(s) - a single crackle in your voice can give you away, and stare at a fixed point on the table. Particularly, a single corner of a community card on the board.

This video of Ivey vs. Dwan is a fine example. And, I'm surprised Ivey didn't pick up on this, against Dwan...

Find your medicine. Take some sedatives, but I don't recommend benzos (xanax, rivotril etc.) and sleep enough.

Music, quiet, smoke, keep occupied. Really depends what game I'm playing and when. I typically won't get into games while already stressing. So this isn't a problem usually.

Discovered a new technique)don't watch how many chips and not looking for those who have a lot of chips, play on the same breath as you pay attention to the chips of other players trying to win more chips, but as proven by practice, most often it leads to loss of the

Absolutely agree! Not much to look at one chip, you just quietly without nerves and slowly strum his stack, regardless of others!
