Hey everyone, have you ever fall a sleep during the game? Last night i was running game of my life... had great bounty, a lot of chips, ready to finish at first 3 places and take sirius money... but when it was 5 min break i fall a sleep. Did u have same experience?

That has not happened to me. I always try to get enough sleep so that I don't fall asleep while playing. Try to do the same and you will see that you will be more focused on the game.

I fell asleep once when i had played a home game for 11 hours straight without a break

Yes i have dozed off while in a small game, best not to get in a more costly game unless you are wide awake.

Yes, when got started playing on the weekends were some really long sessions. One MTT went until late morning where I was up all night. Woke up at the final table, which was perfect.

Yes when the game was running until 4 am and I was playing on my phone, fell asleep but still managed to cash.

No because I have a zone profile..for both online and live, although I am not using it currently because it is my day off and just goofing off and about to play a freeroll, but if I am serious, I only follow a zone profile. I don't fall asleep when I am at A game. Ever. Tighten A B C game and log after play. You will not fall asleep unless you are careless and playing rec or to play around with C game tactics to tighten up.

You you get the idea, harness your craft in A-B-C or fall asleep if effin around.

I already got so tired that I preferred to go to bed than to play, but it was freerolls. With buy in tournaments this never happened, specially when I’m playing well.

I did fall asleep while playing poker yesterday. It happend to me few times, the last time yesterday. I do have 2 months old doughter so I`m constantly tired it is hard play tournaments lately for me,,,Usually what`s happening : there is 5 minutes break -I`m resting my eyes and and waking up in the morning following day

Yes, it happened to me. When I waked up, I saw my stack is low. The only thing I did was shoving and went to bed. Afterward, if I feel tired, I won't play any games.

Fortunately not but i have been close in freerolls. I do not play paid tournaments when i am tired.

It often happens to me that I fall asleep and have to give up the game. It happens to me because I only play in the evening and after a day of work fatigue appears but I am not upset about this aspect because I know from the beginning of the game that I will not last too long but I enjoy the game

I can fall asleep when watching movies , but never sleep when playing poker.

i have never fallen asleep playing poker, i think if you do, you should stop playing and get a medical checkup.

I was not sorry that I fell asleep, but if I have registered in tournaments and waiting for it to start I have fallen asleep, when I wake up from the discomfort of sitting ... I read a message on the screen: Thank you for participating in this tournament -

I've fallen asleep many times in my poker career 🤣. Sometimes the games are so good I never want to leave the table.

There's times when I'm top 3 in a freeroll so i will bring my phone to bed cause it's too late. It's usually fine until the break, that's when I wish all programs had a skip the break button. Havent fallen asleep yet but go all in on stuff I usually wouldnt just to end the game

Well .... I have been close to falling asleep ... I remember once I played a tournament for more than 9 hours at night and because I had not rested enough ... I almost fell asleep ... I felt that my eyes were closed ... what an unpleasant experience ...

I already had sleep during the game but I make a strong coffee and everything is resolved.

I also fell asleep several times during the break. To prevent this, now during the break, I usually make myself a sandwich, tea or coffee.

It happens to me couple of times, but just for a few seconds, may be a minute. And I was playing freerolls or something like that. I don't know how the topic starter fell asleep with a lot of chips and perspective of top place - if it would be me, my adrenaline would keeps me awake and energetic.

Yep, had issues with nuerological pain, I took a heavy dose of cannabis oil at start of the games I was playing that night, an hour later or so later I was startled awake because the timer went off that set me to sit out.

Pain was gone! and I was so tired I just flopped over to my bed and crashed out. One of my best nights of sleep

Can't say I've fallen asleep but when I was starting out I'd run up a big chip stack and then just sit out and watch for good hands and sit back in when I got AA or KK. I don't do this anymore.

A couple times; there used to be an on demand 25 cent GTD or something freeroll on ACR I played a lot starting out; it was really easy to get sucked in, lose track of time, and suddenly realize I'm only at level 5 of my latest reg and it's almost dawn (or just fall asleep at my keyboard). Luckily, never done it on a game I actually paid a buy in for - and I think I've gotten a lot better about being mindful of what time it is, and do things like post on cards chat when it's almost 2am and I'm hyped up from playing well instead of registering for another tournament

Recently I entered the tournament via satellite and could not cancel it !!! I was expecting the game and fell asleep while waiting !!! During the game, I don't remember such cases !!!

Few times , even sometimes i was chipleading in a good tournament but i just all in to lose and go to bed :d and last night i was chipleader in another tournament and just left it . In the morning i saw that i won 20 c :d

I've never fallen asleep in the middle of a game but there have been a couple of times when I was playing a very long freeroll and I got sleepy so I decided to sit out and take a nap.

This is why I much prefer cash, you can play any time and if you start to feel sleepy just shut down.

I have fallen asleep many times in tournaments when running deepish. Come 1 am in the morning I am knackered plus they can be so boring. Why o why do players take an age running the clock down and then FOLD over and over again

Have really reduced the amount of tourneys I am playing now for this reason.

normally it is the opposite. when I play for several hours and have the luck of reaching the final table. after the end of the game. I can't sleep because of all this excitement even when I'm really tired. on the other hand I try to sleep 1 hour before the start of a session to regain my strength.
