10+ years of playing poker online and it happened to me 'only' once: I had 77s and flopped quads and my opponent a full house(77Q), it was a cash table and we both had 200+BBs, we both tried to 'slow play' the hand but in the end we were all in on the turn and my opponent hit the one out- queen on the river... It's always tough when this happens to you but I guess that's why we love poker... GLGL all at the tables BlessRNG

This is truly a unique hand, I have never seen anything like this at the tables, and I never lost with high combinations, max with a full house

Yes, Once I lost a texas holdem hand with a straight flush to a higher straight flush but mine was the bottom while his was the top using only one card. I knew it happen the way he was betting on the river when it hit . I wish that qualified for a bad beat jackpot at the casino but the rules are you have to lose using both cards. At least at every casino I have been to.

I've seen it happen a few times but can't say I remember ever losing with quads or straight flushes. Sure have lost to them a good many times.

I had it all already. I lost with straight flush vs higher straight flush, lostvwith quads vs higher quads, with quads vs straight flush. I also won the other way.
It's impressive and spectacular when it happpens, but after all it should happen from time to time.

I have never lost with quads or a straight flush, but I have beaten a straight flush online. There was a 3 card straight flush on the board, I had the upper 2 cards, loser had the lower 2 cards.

Something similar happened to me once, when I was about to cash in, I made a royal flush on the flop, and bet hard, and got called and went allin on the river, when I look, the villain had a royal flush just like me, but the I was older, hahaha, with my elimination the bubble burst.

Good morning.Fortunately,not yet,lol.I played cash games and lost with full house against poker.I thought the hand was already mine with the nice full house on the flop.But I was completely wrong because the other player already had poker . I couldn´t fold his all in and ,obviously,lost that pot.At least, it was a NL2 6-max table.but it hurts losing that way anyways.

I've lost straight flush to straight flush once in real life poker, i had 1 card for the bottom, he hard one card for the top. Many times have lost quads vs quads in online poker.
