What do you do when you get hand after hand of junk cards! Do you get bored? Do you just frustrated and call an all-in or big raise? What do you do to pass the time of repeated junk hands? :joyman:

I spend my time studying the other players. I also look on here. I do not play the hands at any point. I used to try to make stuff work and I realized I was just blowing off needed chips. Patience can win money and lack of it busts you. We all have it, just realize the good players are willing to wait.

I try to find a chance to get more aggressive, and I have patience. If nothing works I just end the session!

I watch what other people are doing at the table. Watch what they are betting and how much. Do they bet the same with a drawing hand as they do a made hand? Are they cbetting at a high frequency? Do they shut down betting at the turn? ALl kinds of things.

Also look at people calling and try to guess what cards they have in their hand at showdown. This will go a long way on improving your range analysis.

The thing about crap cards is when they hit. Suited connectors can be good but I like connected alittle more than a weak flush. I'm down to limp into 2 pairs or trips one the low end cards. It is also true every leak is a smaller double up when payday finally appears. This just means pick the right spot, if you got 3+ limpers in the pot could be time, they prolly have the AKQJs. I like this spot to try.:icon_bigs

I study my opponents and practice my hand reading. At every action I think about what I would do if I was still in the hand - with what cards would I bet, call, fold? So every hand I'm not in turns into a study session.

I'll also loosen up a bit when in stealing position as I'll have a tight table image.

Well that is easy: Make good use of them obviously.

I either play more tables or watch tv while playing. Always best to keep folding, your run will come.

check on BB, sometimes limp on SB, fold on other positions and I try to be patient

while playing online you have options like solitare or similar games but in live games i will get up for sec or do something in order to break it up even if its only in my head..lol

I try not to get bored but i have just tried to do something stupid with rubbish hands and got caught lol

I like to think of poker as an investment in each two cards if I have nine three offsuit it's not a very good investment, however if I'm in the big blind and nobody phrases. And a flop comes out in my favor I will invest in my nine deuce accordingly good luck aces good luck on the cables everyone and as always have fun
