An administrative mistake was made regarding the password - it happens from time to time- and probably around 200 players were frustratingly shut out (including myself).

We all need to take it in stride as it does not happen frequently and there are almost always other freerolls available for platinum members - I played three others yesterday and cashed two.

Just bear in mind mods and administrators work hard everyday to provide members these wonderful opportunities, with several of them unable to take part the free rolls themselves. For example, US based staff cannot even take part in the PS free roll that you are discussing.

This happens very rarely, but sometimes it does.

Yesterday I could not register and could not understand why!? Now everything is clear. Thanks for the information.

I forgot all about trying - so I did not get to experience your frustration.
Like everyone in here, I am truly grateful to the Cardschat staff and mods for all they do.
