Quite a common situation. If you figure it out, then you have 25% of the strongest cards out of 8 existing in the deck.

Once, in a two day period, I got a walk with AA three times and KK once. I was not happy !

It's a normal action. Think, if you are holding AA, there are only 2 left. Adopting a table with 9 players you would have to have a pocket or an A to have an action.
It hurts, but it's a normal situation.

when you have AA and KK have less chance of your oponent have a good hand,is more easy for new players play with A or K

It has happened to me several times in the sunday millions and there was once when I was short stack and when they dealt me AA I thought that this was my chance to add some chips or double myself and to my misfortune everyone folded 🤭
