An easy way to lost 23 bucks

I saw the worst but believe me, the worst way to lose money!
In a 10c/25c table in Carbon, UTG limp, UTG+1, UTG+2 and me folded and UTG+4 went allin (23 bucks!!!). The only way you can make a bet like that is if you are holding AA...
Well... the next player called, and blinds and UTG+1 folded.
The player that called was the player holding AA, so you can imagine that the other player was holding KK (in my opinion a kamikaze bet) or QQ (very bad raise in that case).

I don't know what was thinking, really, I think about that and I can imagine what was in his mind when he made this bet.
