Of course it won't!

There will be a point in time (and there already has been one) where whatever is living will have no idea that poker even existed.

Also, built into your question is the assumption that time is linear, which is only a theory/belief. Many other cultures (Hindu for example) believe time to be circular, so in these instances poker will not exist again in the future (because it didn't in the past).
