I'm interested to play live.
I just looked at my local casino, they are currently not doing poker tournaments due to covid.

I live in the uk in case you were wondering

I much prefer online poker.

It's mainly because of a vision problem that I have, and online, I can adjust the size of the tables. You can't do that offline.

...and try to get a dealer to call out the cards as he lays them down. Seems to me, that that would be a fair way for all players, but the dealers won't do it.

Live for sure

I fell in love with the game at the live tables and nothing beats sitting in a casino at a table for hours with real cards shooting the breeze with fellow players. Covid is the only reason i began online poker.

Most prefer live poker, but I prefer online. I can play online from the comfort of my home and whenever I want. Of course, live poker is more exciting, but as an amateur, online poker is great.

Online poker is also a good game, but playing a real card at a real table is unmatched. when body language assessment also enters the game that is the real poker

I like online better lately because I can do whatever I want and still play. I like live action because its totally different and is alot more fun but slower than online. I like playing with friends too so that makes it alot better and we do rebuys for the first hour or 2. Good luck and have fun .🍻

Real, for sure. Read players, tells, betting patterns. Nothing better than seeing players live. Break for a smoke when ever you want, and as many beers as you want, usually free!

For real 4 sure!! I always take a bad beat way better on a real table vs online. I find I tilt real easy online and the hands seem fake when it happens.

On-line

I prefer on-line as I do not have to deal with idiots. I mute all players and enjoy a relaxing game of poker daytime and evenings. Back in the day it was always at real tables in casinos and weekend poker games at a friends house. Capo1014

I've never actually played live, but I really want to have this experience, and I will. I can't say this with conviction because I've never played live as mentioned, but I think I would prefer to play live, because it must be very exciting to play live, if it's online, imagine live right.

I prefer live because of the social and tactile aspect. But that is mostly post Black Friday.

I'd vastly prefer mid-2000s online poker on pokerstars or partypoker etc. I've always enjoyed live to a degree, but man, that was the heyday. And ACR/ignition for USA don't even come close to being as much fun.

In terms of emotions and communication, live poker is definitely better, there was a period of eight years ago, they were going to play poker with friends once a week, the games dragged on more than once until the morning, the composition was much weaker than online players, plus there is an advantage in the form of observing the player, so went home more than once with winnings!

I've never played live poker, it would be very interesting and emotional. But in the end, playing online is more convenient, faster, emotions are also enough.

Online poker is the best for all of us believe me, you can sit at your home at your comfort and has the freedom to sit and take a nap and eat whenever you want.

I prefer Live games to playing on-line, simply because I can get some information about players and get reads on them easier, At our Local game where the majority of players come every week, you get to know how they play, likewise they get to know your own style of playing, and I find it easier to pull off a good bluff every now and again, because most know I am a cautious, tight player, and will rarely raise unless I have them beat, at least that is what I want them to believe.
Also there is a lot more social interaction and you can have a conversation with friends and acquaintances during the game, On-line however is a lot harder to read players and even something as simple as starting a conversation is harder, if like me you are a two finger typist and keeping up with the chat is hard work when playing a hand.
There is certainly more money at stake when playing live, and although I only play for the enjoyment the game gives me, it is certainly nice when you win, and many times I have walked away from a live game with £100 or more at the end of the night. once at a Tournament I busted out with a full house against 4 of a kind early on, I then started to play a cash game while I waited for my Friend who made 4th place and I actually made more money than he did for 4th place, That's Poker.:):):)

When the fun Stops, STOP!

Unfortunately, I do not have such an opportunity to play live, but the online game suits me. I think that playing live poker will be more difficult, you need to control your emotions and facial expressions.
