I eat when I'm hungry. I don't wait for the break during the game because that's when I get out of the game, I make very bad decisions when I'm hungry!

Eating while playing poker is not a good idea. If I am hungry, I try to catch a quick meal during the break. Drinks such as tea, coffee or juice are very helpful against hunger.
