I play as much as I can while remaining focused. The second I start slipping I quit. Sometimes this means I play for 6 hours a day every day...and other times I hardly play at all.

i play poker six out of 7 days. Mind you , i only play for 2 or 3 hours unless im in a tournament then, it could be from 5 minutes to 5 hours, lol.

Regardless of playing one or several days, we have to feel good about what we are doing. Poker is not only profitable ... when we win, of course ... it makes us exercise our minds. Even though I am an amateur player, I play every day because I like the game and having fun. Hugs alegrete70
