I play as much as I can while remaining focused. The second I start slipping I quit. Sometimes this means I play for 6 hours a day every day...and other times I hardly play at all.
I do play every day, but only the freerolls from CC lately...did stop to play cash games the last couple of weeks bc of other hobbies..but i enjoy playing each time i play
I'm so burned out from playing poker, it's not healthy. The best thing you can do is try to distract yourself by doing other things so as not to end up getting tired
Try to improve the game with programs, this is a really effective method. See how top players play, if you are at high limits, playing at micro-limits is different because opponents use different strategies. It is also important that you want to play cash or tournaments.
Regardless of playing one or several days, we have to feel good about what we are doing. Poker is not only profitable ... when we win, of course ... it makes us exercise our minds. Even though I am an amateur player, I play every day because I like the game and having fun. Hugs alegrete70
