Play poker every day?
It depends.
If you play recreationally there is no problem, but when your goal is to professionalize poker or generate income. Playing every day produces long-term wear.
In my experience I learned that playing every day (long poker sessions) caused me stress, and by spend so much time playing, I neglected other aspects of my life. It's true that if you want to improve in your game, you have to devote many hours of study and practice, but the secret so as not to wear out and neglect important aspects of life, is to have balanced goals that are real and adapted to our situation.
Think about playing 200,000 hands in a month, it is not an adequate goal (is EV-), but when we play 10,000 hands in the week, plus one day of study in the week and resting one or two days in a week is much more EV +.
