Do you know when you're on tilt?

I know when I am on tilt but the difficulty is not to know, it's to deal with it. When I am on tilt I generally stop playing and take a ride on my bicycle. It works... sometimes

I think that how longer you play poker and how more do you understand that no matter how good the cards you have in your hand that you can always lose anyway and if you simply accept this then I think you will also tilt less. When I notice that I tend to bring my emotions into play, I try to play even stricter. And to fold even more than I usually do. Yes, I usually realized when I'm tilted. I try to really focus in my decisions and ask me twice, is that a hand to fold/call/raise?
I wonder if it's also a way to be tilted when I play in too much tables and make a hasty movement

It is better to stop playing and avoid damaging your bankroll, it does not make sense to play for revenge or take very risky decisions to try to recover from a bad hand.

I hardly ever get angry, I can handle when they beat me with a standard hand and I don't despair.
