I still prefer full ring tables, even though there is not much game on them. Personally, it seems there're less regs playing rull ring than 6-max and the game is softer.

I personally like 6-max, as I feel that I get the opportunity to play more hands since I find myself in blinds more frequently. Also as someone still trying to improve my ring game play, it lets me focus on less potential players in a hand and understand the value of my hands pre and post-flop a little better.

Go with the default, basic table with the four colored deck and sit bottom left. SnG with 6 max is most preferable.

My favourite one is full ring. I hate head's up, because I am too vulnerable there and try to experiment with everything. The full ring is perfect I think and most of the tournaments are with that format, because not only it is a standard, but with 9 people on the table that gives you more opportunities of winning the hand, more various hands, more different players, more different types of plays.

I prefer the full tables, as they have more chips in play and you have more time to wait for the golden hand.

however in sit n' gos which i mostly play, you win peanuts at 6 player - better is 9 player, win more monies

Six handed does make for a quicker game as the blinds come around must faster. Also widens hand ranges.
