Is lowering your cbet frequency and strengthening your check back range capable of making you much more money at these stakes? How does this differ for regs vs recs? I've been thinking of checking back a lot of nut flush draws and top pair good kicker type hands, and increasing my standard cbet size in most situations for only really non nut draws and some very strong hands on boards that aren't bone dry

How often should you bet when checked to?

If I have equity , no matter if I hit the flop or not Im always betting. Checking just nullifies your chances of being able to read your opponents hand. Unless of course you've flopped the dead nuts then Check away

You should make a c-bet on the flop in most cases, the only times you should check is when you missed the flop and you're against multiple opponents or very aggressive players.
