I don t thinks so, but maybe football will help you because theoretically when we talk about poker we talk about odds and posibility it's the same basics of betting or watching a match you will never know what will happen and you can't say that the team lost until the match end.
There is no doubt that sport is an advantage for everyone. Good physical shape only contributes to good results. Sport requires to be disciplined and thanks to this players develop better and progress faster.

I don't think that a specific sport can help to improve your poker game, but when we practice any sport we usually feel better and less stressed and I know I have more patience and make better poker decisions when I'm feeling well.

Any physical activity helps with poker. There is some relation between exercises and brain functions that I don't know to explain. But there is. All those healthy habits talked on the internet are important too.
Any sport affects our game-what doesn't break us makes us stronger) .I myself sometimes lift weights or dumbbells and relieve stress on a pear.)It helps-relieves stress,saturates with oxygen.And just walking improves memory.)
One believe that any sport can help with body posture during poker as there are tournaments where we sit for more than 6 hours so this is painful for anyone but if you play a sport often then your body I believe will be more resistant to the same position during hours required in Poker right?
