To each his own. I like tournaments better. There is a kind of sports component. So I'm interested not just to have a lot of chips, but to enjoy when you get to the finals from a huge number of tables, and when you win the tournament you are proud of yourself))) What could be better?))) (And not a word about money)

I dunno about better, but I can handle tournaments and not cash games. It's too stressful to lose money from hand to hand--I prefer to not count my money lost until all my chips are gone.

I think that it is depends of the player! Some players prefers cash than MTT. It is personally. Some players develop their skills better in MTT than cash and others better in cash. I like the two games mode :)

Sorry for my english :D

Tourney for sure something exciting about all that money for such a small % of it but ins. Plus the competitiveness is a dynamic different than cash

Everyone has their own opinion and I play tournaments...Instant profitability is cash,long-term profitability is tournaments...

In a cash game, you can have a stable income (besides, you are not tied to time, because you can get up at any time)! But in the tournament you can get a prize that will change your whole life!

Tournaments, at the cash tables the players are more aggressive and you lose a lot, at least that's my opinion.

Both are good for their own & different reasons.

If I have LOTS of time and have been playing them for awhile (as in weeks so that I'm in the groove), I prefer Tournament play. There are many more donks in tourneys.

BUT.. I typically play a lot more cash tables vs. tournaments. I'm okay at both disciplines but for sure if you want to get GOOD at one, then you should place most of your emphasis on that format (although... it doesn't hurt a tournament player to become a decent 100bb cashgame player. I know it has helped my tournament play immensely)

it's very interesting qustions, what u prefer - that's better for you... If play for BR cash and tournaments - good, if u play +ROI... tournaments for fun for me, interesting when u won few thousand players and take huge cash for 1 game, but u can play day for day and take -Br, cash - well becouse u can have + $ every day and off play when u want...

I prefer MTTs as following bankroll management is much easier (you risk only your buyin) and you have the chance to win big with relatively small investment if you run deep. Of course there is always chance with MTT to play for several hours and bust just before the bubble but this si part of the game. :)

2 is nice

I didn't play a lot of cash games, I was always focused on training focused on tournaments, consequently I like the tournament more, I think if the player is profitable in both options it is cool

Hi all!

I like tournaments, I feel more comfortable. They say that you have to do what you like that way you will do better, a phrase that applies to everything you do in general in life ...
Greetings thank you

I dont have guts to play on cash. When you are go tilt. Its like you can all in with your bankroll. And when variance come (it will always come on pokerstars) you will lose all your money even you di bankroll. Slowly. Lol

Tournaments are more complex - ITM , blinds level , table changes , determined prizes. Clearly more interesting to play.

I really enjoy the tournaments because they are much longer. It feels like you have to be more patient. Spin & Go's and other stuff or even cash games feel more like flipcoins because people goin all in way easyer. Probably not high roll player.. But that is not my business so I defenetly prefer the tournaments!

Honestly, I cant decide. Sometimes I feel more for cash games, sometimes I wanna play torney :D After really bad beat, I switch from cash game to torney and vice versa. I guess, it takes a time to choose which one suits me more :)

In my opinion I think tournaments are better. I like cash games but I don't like the fact that someone someone can start the game with a distinct advantage or disadvantage.
